Description:

The integrative pressurized solar water heaters are all-glass evacuated tube solar domestic water systems combined with heat pipes inside the glass tube. The selective coating on the inner tube converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers to the heat pipe by an aluminum fin.

 

 The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to the condenser. The heat   

 conducts the water inside the tank and the vapor becomes liquid, returning to the base  

 of the heat pipe. This continuous circulation transfers heat from the heat pipe to the cold

 water in the tank as long as sun is heating the collectors. Hot water can be obtained by injecting cold water from the bottom of the tank.

 

 

Major performance feature:

    1) The inner tank is made of SUS304-2B which is the best solution to the function of pressure bear, anti-corrosion, and anti-leakage. Weld it via SUS304-2B 

integration process, without welded joint, which has no harm to the health.

    2) No vent and less heat loss as compared to low pressure modes;

    3) Adopting the best conduction performance metal-heat pipe (copper TU1);

    4) The whole system has human design; there is no water direct flow in the tube

       so the system can still operate in the event of occasional tube broken;
